We searched the internet for plans and ideas on how to build a wood fired pizza, and what we found just wasn't what we were looking for. We didn't want to spend thousands of dollars, mix concrete, get rebar, molds and mortar, and take hours building a wood fired pizza oven. Then what if I move or just want to clean it? It just was all too much!

After more searching, we found some cool ideas. They were good, but they also had some fatal flaws, like how the materials weren't built for the 800º F necessary to quickly cook a delicious pizza. We looked for a pizza stone that would work and to our surprise there were none, or they were crazy expensive, so we set out to make the proprietary, exclusive, one of a kind, QuickBrick Pizza Stone Shelf, which is the heart of the QuickBrick Pizza Oven and what makes the pizzas so damn delicious.
